OPANKA IS LIKE “SOLDIER BOY” HE WILL PASS

Opanka the new entry into the GH rap industry has being classified as the “SOLDIER BOY” of Ghana, but many believe he will pass the test.
His current singles, “Obiaa Neni Taste”, among others are enjoying massive airplay in all corners of the capital, a good sign for the young threat to some main stream GH rappers in the future.
Some industry players and fans are of the view that the song ‘Simple’ was an already established hit track; hence using that beat for his (Opanka) mixtape helped him.
These people have forgotten how some of the main streams artistes got their break through it was the same process or more; they (main Stream) even used foreign songs instead of local tracks.
The new up and about artiste’s break through was when he dropped the mixtape using the instrumentals of ‘Simple’ by Bradez of one Mic Entertainment, since then the journey of a thousand miles, began with so turning back.
“Fresh boys in the building”, Opanka’s favorite signature with “Tiee, Tiee, sewotiy wobetiyee” (listen, listen, even if you don’t want to listen you will listen- literal translation of the above), every time he holds the mic, has caught than expected, every body chants those words every when his songs are not playing.
Opanka is gradually building his confidence on the mic, on stage and establishing his fan base; already he has won the hearts of many in and outside the industry.
A sign of how ‘Soldier Boy’ in the States broke his way into the Hip hop industry and doing so well, Opanka has be traced to be using the same lines for his breakthrough.
We believe the Future of Ghanaian music is so bright that, the rest of Africa should get ready, we are about to sweep them off their feet.
Open your ears listen; if you don’t want to listen you will listen to Opanka, for his time due to shine.
