989 RECORD LABEL RELEASE JIMMY BLAKK FOR “AWAKE MORNING SHOW”

Awake Morning show will tomorrow host Jimmy Blakk on their ‘Guess What” segment, to find out who Jimmy Blakk really is, what inspired the song, how amazed was he for his instant hit with his first major single and also the controversial ownership of the song, whether he owns IT or Assase Aban.

Jimmy Blakk upon appearance tomorrow will be granting his first television interview for 2011 and the show happens to be Awake Morning show on ETV.

The artiste, who is behind the popular hit song ‘Scatta Wakka’ has been kept away from the eyes of the media for some time now but after several talks from Awake morning show 989 record label has released him.

Mr. Jamel, owner of 989 label explains Jimmy’s shy away from the media as: ‘the whole move from the beginning was not to keep the artiste away from cherished media houses but it was to prepare him, image wise to meet the screens.

Further on he added that, ‘ the label was sorting out his travelling issues last year as he hardly stayed in Ghana during the hay days of the song honoring performances outside the sores of the country more’.

Finally Jamel added that even though Jimmy Blakk was hardly seen last year either of big plat forms or stages to perform his hit song, the artiste apologies to fans, lovers, admires of the popular tune buut promises a good mouth watering deal, that will be hard to resist.

He stressed that Jimmy’s form of saying thank you to all DJ’s, from clubs to radio, pubs and joints will be a spectacular show which will he used to get closer and show proper appreciation is coming soon.
