Rebecca Acheampong musically known as Becca has been praised by Aminu, a taxi driver who drives within the capital city for her wonderful delivery on the song “African Woman”.
The taxi driver said: “I love that song by Becca, the song “African Woman” is a true description of an African Woman and every time I hear the song tears fill my eyes.
He also added that, he took his time to listen to the words of the song carefully and he as a lay man could see that the song was well written and delivered.
“My favorite lyrics are the once in the local language, I remember during our childhood when my mother used to sing that song for us anytime we find it difficult or refuse to sleep, as soon we hear that ‘teo teo boo mi, teo teo boni’ we lay low quietly and want to listen more and by the time we realized we are far asleep”, Aminu contended passionately.
“Becca delivered exquisitely on that song from the beat composition to the mixing of African Woman, everything about the song is clean and I listen to it over and over again”, the taxi driver stressed on.
His message to Becca was to keep doing songs like that and she will go further and do exploits than she is doing.
