Senior schools in the country over the weekend rekorgnized their talents in the form of rap, dance and among other entertainment activities.
The event which took place at the national theater on April 13th under the power of Planet 1 Multimedia brought unity behind high school that filled up the venue in their numbers.
Planet 1 Multimedia as organizers promised the very best of entertainment for these kids just like how it was done some years back hence the battle of the sexes was on, there were both rap and dance battles.
From the able professional judges and the help of the students who filled the venue, one Emperor from Opass won the rap battle, Ki-Bo from Aquinass won the Hip hop rap, Skitle of Akim Swedru took home the Hip life title and fresh goat of La-presec won the my Idol contest.
Other winners were, Kolors won the formation dance boys side and Methodist girls from the Eastern Region won the female formation dance.
The show became more exciting when planet1 Multimedia honored ace hip lifer Tic Tac who got his breakthrough from such events and ever since has never looked back plus the artistes billed for the night D2 boys of EWO single got the crowd on their feet with the new artiste of the year Stay J killed it with his hit songs, the wedding day man, Apaatse also gave the kids a taste of his new single and finally Keche crowned it up with the Azonto for the night.
It took some of us way back to those times where we used to watch the now hit makers in Ghanaian music history looking for their seasonal breakthrough so all we can say is, Planet 1 Multimedia ‘Ayekoo’ for a good job well done and as your 1 year anniversary.
