Multiple Award winning Dancehall artist Stonebwoy ‘Stands Tall’ at S Concert

The ‘Go Higher’ hit man Stonebwoy proved his critics wrong after a thrilling and dazzling performance at the Starr103.5fm organized event S Concert at the fore Court of the Trade Fair over the weekend.

Stonebwoy who is currently the BEST ARTIST & MOST INFLUENTIAL at the GMAs and 4syte TV MVAs respectively came under heavy critism after his performance at the #unplugged15 concert held on November 28 at the Kumasi Sports Stadium.

Many fans expressed their concern that they will prefer their icon miming than performing live, well on Saturday at the S Concert, even though Stonebwoy did not perform with a live band his live performance proved that he is still the reigning artist of the year.

In an over 45 mins performance, Stonebwoy who has toured the world with the legendary Morgan Heritage reggae dancehall group proved why live music and performance is the way to go at the S Concert.

Not to say that he does not want to listen to his fans but I think that his ability to over come the fear of rejection makes him a strong artist.

On a personal note I believe that when an artist is growing, we need to support him to grow. This young brother has proven to find the way to win international gigs (by international I mean mixed race from Europe down to USA and not Ghanaians living in Abroad).

If we support all our artist who are able to perform live, it will only motivate the rest to do same and that will sure take us closer to international stages like the Grammys’.

For Stonebwoy the fire cant cool because he is going higher with his power performance. Some call him the stage boss but I call him ‘MIGHTYLELELELE’

Check out his new Christmas Jam, MIGHTYLELELE.
