He is noted for his popular slogan ‘SERIOUS’, his music has been in the system for over a decade and up till now the music legend is still going strong than before as he prepares to release his new album.

The untitled album will be release after some singles have been aired on radio and a video on TV. Already fans plus some radio presenters cannot wait for the release of the singles as everybody wants to have an exclusive first time air play.
Digging into the new album, Bronzy of D2 Studios the engineer behind the songs said: ‘We recorded some new songs plus remixing some of his old ones’.
Explaining the songs composition and how different they are from his old ones, Bronzy said, ‘With the new songs we added a touch of modern RNB flavor to a typical highlife tune and for the remixes we played a touch of guitar rock, so you could be listening to “Adikromusowo Akono” but in the rock/pop version.
‘Amakye is a matured artiste especially when it comes to his high life music and this album shows a different side of him plus his maturity, Ghanaians will love it, trust me’, Bronzy stressed on.
Recently almost all the events that Amakye dede has featured on has one thing in common, his showmanship and his ability to get a young crowd whose love for high life live band music dead dancing including them asking for more.
Amakye Dede whose glory as an artiste started in the hay days has over countless number of albums and this recent one ad up to his written history in Ghanaian music.
‘SERIOUS’ is out with a SERIOUS album, upon release fans will be made aware of where to grab a copy.
