Nii the future of R&B music in Ghana with so much talent and skills coupled with an unending passion lands him a gig-management, image and a dream.

The problem of change in management is over as NII has landed himself a new but final management team coming all the way from USA.

The artiste has been poached by U.S. based Native Entertainment Group, a subsidiary of KMBP Group of Companies and will be locally represented by Kosmopolitan PR and Syndicate.

Native Entertainment Group (N.E.G) is based in Dallas, Texas and trebles as booking agents for top USA entertainers, corporate event organizers and talent managers.

This management deal will be a step in the right direction for the local industry and N.E.G hopes that a positive impact will be made on those in this line of work.

NII said: ‘the general view of NII is so bright, I have not reached my projected potential yet hence a new wave is coming’.

Adding he said: “I am grateful and happy that the drama of my career has come to a meaningful end”.

NII is currently working on his new songs under Native Entertainment and management, looks promising, as a complete album is targeted to be released by August, 2011.

The president, Kwadwo Asiama also added his voice: after careful review, management and industry experts have agreed to officially change NII's stage name to NII SOUL. 

The change of name is coined with a new genre of music, a revolution of world class R&B soul music with an African infusion. 
 
Nii’s final words were, ‘Watch out for NII SOUL and "Welcome to NEGWORLD".

The addition is SOUL, how ready are the ladies to be treated to good RNB Soul music.
