duo (D2) is all set to release their newest single today titled ‘Friday Azonto’.
D2 whose first hit song
was ‘Ewo’ disclosed this to nanayaw18.com yesterday on phone and gave us a
sneak peak of how the song sounds.
The song recorded by the
man in the mix – Appietus was indeed a Friday Azonto song. ‘We know everybody
loves to party on Friday, mostly they say it is the beginning of a long and fruitful
weekend hence this song represents the meaning of that every day Friday relaxation,
D2 told us.
Friday Azonto will be premiered
by Sammy Forson on the myd-morning show on Y107.9fm today at 11am. Fans of the
