Hip life new artist Gampinny to release debut single soon

Known in real life as Abdul Hamid fatw Gampinny but musically known as Gampinny is a singer songwriter and a recording artist who sings in English, pidgin English and Hausa.

Gasmilla records Sanitation Song for Homowo

Telemo hit maker Gasmilla has recorded a theme song for the upcoming Homowo festival.

Gasmilla who launched his Sanitation campaign to clean up the beaches featured a lot of his fellow musicians on the song.

The song titled 'FaleFale' was recorded by Magnom beatz and had the likes of Edem, Dobble, Shilo, Raquel, Ruff N Smooth, The good old Adane Best, Lucky Mensah, Flowking Stone among others.

Falefale is eyed to be the new street anthem for the Ga traditional areas as they prepare to celebrate Homowo this August.

Ghana television station (GTV), the national pride yesterday revealed its top five music hits for 2010 with the guys from Lynx Entertainment topping the box with three appearances.

The Songs from Lynx were Richie’s ‘intoxicated’ which features Sway of Konvict, & UK, Eazzy’s “Wengeze” and the new kid of Lynx Zigi with his late entry ‘U say Wey tin”.

According to the station with nationwide coverage other songs like Keche’s ‘Pressure’, praye’s ‘New Dance’ and the top hit from Appietus hands Africa Girls by Castro ft Baby Jet made the country wear its dancing shoes.
